When you register and confirm your trip, you will be confirmed by transferring a 50% deposit to MU Travel's account. If you register within 7 days of the trip, your seat will be confirmed by paying the full amount. You can either create a user account or contact the travel manager by phone to make the necessary arrangements to confirm your registration and travel.
Can I get the refund?
If you have to cancel your trip for unavoidable reasons, if you are a Mongolian tourist, you can cancel your trip 7 days before the start of the trip and we will refund your payment 100%. If you are a foreign tourist traveling to Mongolia, you can cancel your trip 20-30 days before the start of the trip and we will refund your payment 100%. Please note that cancellations cannot be made after the specified period.
